First day in El Salvador! Everyone is a bit jet lagged but made it here safely. In the morning we had first official meeting to know each other and talk about the trip. We talked mainly focus today was theme of the journey. For me I want to learn about specialty coffee and experience it directly at the origin and meet the producers and learn how they do things at the farm like processing. And also learn how coffee looks like through theirs eyes and what are their needs and struggles. Hopefully we will be able to taste some incredible coffee and establish some long term relationship’s so we can buy their produce every year in respectable manner. Its really nice to meet and talk with others roaster from different countries. At a hotel in El Salvador – feels surreal. Cant wait for more!
